Tis the season for fun holiday parties and get togethers! Being with family and friends is the best part of this time of year. ¬†When you look in your closet, on the other hand, that could be “le struggle”. Devon Baer makes it soooo easy! Throw on one of their classic ruffle tunics with some jeans and you are set! If you follow me on Snapchat &/or Instagram, you’ve also noticed I’ve paired this with a J.Crew wool navy skirt and tights for a more formal look. These tunics are so versatile! I am obsessed! Devon Baer Designs are also perfect for New Years and all year round! Don’t miss out!

I can’t believe that it’s already Christmas Eve!? The stockings are hung, now it’s time for Santa to arrive! Some fun family traditions we have are on my mom’s side of the family we get together and rent out a place because there are so many of us… We eat a ton and then someone usually has skits prepared. Here is a skit from a handful of years past (it won’t dissapoint). I’m sure my cousin Andrea won’t mind (covering my eyes). lol We were Spartan Cheerleaders!? hahaha You get the idea. Another tradition we have, I shared on Instagram yesterday. I took the idea from Women Living Well a few years ago and it has been great. When we go through our neighborhood looking at the lights around Christmas Eve, we search for the manger scene. When we find one we leave a thank you note to thank them for remembering the reason for the season! Such a great way to keep Rypken involved with what really matters around Christmas time! We also do the elf, as I’ve mentioned… Jack Jingles¬†left a note this morning and stuffed himself in a jar for Rypken to carry around today and say goodbye. And the last tradition we do is we get pajamas to wear Christmas Eve night… I hope that all of you have a wonderful Christmas Eve spend with family and friends remembering what really matters! xoxo
