Well, I went back to work after a loooooong Christmas break filled with snow. I know, it’s tough being a teacher. haha Going back meant that my week was hectic and I didn’t get into a routine until the last half of the week. My workout schedule struggled, but I tried to watch my daily food intake more to balance it out. All in all, it wasn’t my best week, but I still lost 2-3 extra holiday lbs that I had put on…not bad, not bad. I also added a new move to my regimen, push-up jacks. Thanks Amber!
