So, I missed last Friday… Oops!!! I’ve had a lot of people keep asking me what I’ve been doing to see these results. Well, Haley and her challenges has kept me accountable and consistent! As far as food goes, I watch my portions, drink almost only water, and try not to over eat. (even though I’ve made & ate cookies the last 2 snow days…. ugh) With my workouts, I use a ton of Pinterest circuit workouts that last between 30-60 minutes. My heart rate monitor helps tremendously with keeping me on track! With portion control and working out around 3 times a week, my body has started to tone up.
