Yay for the weekend!!! Another busy & cold week…which means no spotlight outfit. I have included most of my ootds, some fun events from the last few days, and a prayer request for a special family in need.
Modest outfit ideas for this week (we had jean week at work…so these are casual ootds):
I got my “fringe” cut a little shorter! You can find how I tied a bow in my scarf in a how-to video next week!
I am so very thankful to have cooked dinner and visited with my lifelong friend, Casey, and her sweet family Thursday evening! We had many laughs and long conversations. So blessed to have them in my life!
Friday, I had to go to a local university to attend a workshop on using small groups within my classroom. I had a pleasant surprise when I figured out the workshop was run by such a wonderful lady, Debbie Diller. Becoming familiar with her and her personable style of instruction, I found the time flew by. My coworkers and I felt that we wanted an hour or two more of her and her lovely ideas.
(I loved her pink and green ensemble as well! lol)
Prayers for Rebekah and her family are deeply appreciated! This sweet family was recently thrown a curveball when doctors told them Rebekah had a brain tumor. Please pray for strength, comfort, and an abundance of love/support as Rebekah and her family face this difficult situation. For more information “like” their page on Facebook.
Philippians 4:6-7 … do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Hope your weekend is fabulous and don’t take what really matters for granted!
